"Painting the Elements" Workshop

This workshop will be an intensive learning experience, with 3 days spent on painting the elements. Designed to give participants the essentials on painting the elements - snow, water and the third item will be decided by the participants . Derek will demonstrate painting these important aspects from start to finish, covering them in minute detail. Mastering these components will be a useful skill for wildlife and landscape artists alike. l.

Derek's workshops are designed to give the participants the confidence they need through knowledge. Workshops are designed to break art down to simple elements and teach artists to attack problems with a system. His workshops are high energy with positive interaction to instill comfort and trust so the participants can achieve their realistic goals

• Participant will need a set of paints of their choosing and a painting surface.
•Derek will be instructing in acrylics and painting on primed masonite.
